Geraldine is proactive, organized, and keeps track of every single detail on all jobs for all of us. And she is as hard as nails if crossed!
But seriously, she has become the very glue that binds us together, the mother hen we didn’t know we needed, until she was right there. And once I am gone, she will be the one person in the company that can truly keep this construction juggernaut moving forward and continuing to produce high quality work for discerning clients.
She is the mother of two lovely children. She is also the wife of Jorge Cardena. But she does not play favorites in the workplace (and I’m suspecting she doesn’t at home either!). She has rounded out all the hard corners of this company and we are so grateful that she has come on board. Her involvement has become invaluable.
